Brian McMullen, Co-Founder
Brian has built a career as a well-rounded professional with proven expertise in marketing, transactional data and software systems, and client engagement management.
Brian brings his significant skills from his experiences with companies such as Cincom Systems Inc. and Gibson Greetings Inc. Additionally; he has helped grow a small online retailer to over 1000 customers in the first 11 months.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, and a Masters of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Brian has also continued his education through several seminars and workshops such as Sell is not a four-letter word, Jumpstart your Business Coaching, and Trailblazer Training.
Chris McMahon, Co-Founder
Chris has been involved with online marketing since 1997 when he was Chief Customer Evangelist for the Cincinnati-based web developer, ePotential Internet Solutions.
In 1999 he joined WBK Marketing & Design and was involved in Information Architecture, Usability, Strategic Planning and the development of projects for Fortune 500 clients like Pepsi, Pennzoil, and Wal-Mart. In 2001 Chris was named as the head or WBK's Internet Marketing Division.
From 2002 to 2004 Chris McMahon worked at Doug Hall's Eureka Ranch where he over saw their internet marketing efforts and also worked as a Trained Brain on projects for companies like American Express, Tropicana and Ford. It was during this period that Chris developed his interest in Direct Marketing and a strong believe in the idea that all marketing must be tracked, down to the smallest detail, in order to justify investment as well as to ensure continuing improvement.
Chris joined Electronic Art in October of 2004 as lead developer and spearheaded efforts to bring more tracking and marketing services to EA's client offerings. Clients who took advantage of these expanded services routinely saw 75 to 120% growth in their online sales.
